Any mattress will do. As long as you vacuum clean it every day with a very good vacuum cleaner then dust will not build up.
If you don't vacuum it every day (or at least every second day) then you will have to spend an absolute fortune on a specially designed anti-allergen mattress.

There is no mattress you can buy. You need a good mattress cover that can be taken off and laundered to get rid of the allergens and dust mites. There are covers that are specifically made for allergy sufferers. It is the dust mites in the mattress that causes the problem. You can't wash mattresses, but you can vacuum them when you change the cover.

I'm not sure if there are any mattresses that will block dust. Go to www.pacificcoast.com. They have all kinds of bedding, even down comforters, that use an anti-allergen material. I clean house for a guy that uses these because his kids have allergies and they have no problems.
