It might just be your natural face. However, I have lost a significant amount of weight before and got really skinny, and my face was thinner and looked more "sunken in". So maybe try and lose some more body fat and your face will get thinner.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This is going to sound stupid, but chew a lot of gum. I have a real thin face and I think it's because I chew gum as a nervous habit. Sometimes 10 sticks a day.

No, it is not! If your face is "chubby", you're chubby, period. Your facial features will tighten up as you lose fat all over the rest of your body.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I think face shape is just what you're born with. If you don't like how your face turns out in photographs, makeup can help. Otherwise, plastic surgery.

There are facial exercises you can do. It will make your jaw sore for a few days. but it will help. One exercise that works good is to say all of the vowels, but over exaggerate them so they pull on the facial muscles.
