Did you break up with him or he with you?
If he did then it depends on why he broke up with you in the first place (as long as you didn't cheat or do something to really break his heart - lets say more then once - then you can still get him back).
However, were you guys similar? Did you laugh a lot together and have a great time together? Were you best of friends?

This guy sounds like nothing but trouble To be locked up at 15 for 16 months doesn't sound very promising. What is he going to be like when he is 21? It has been my experience that people don't really change that much. They might mature or get wiser, but their basic personalities do not change. If the guy is a liar and cheater it is likely he always have those tendencies. You may be in love but I would strongly suggest you use the next 16 months trying to honestly decide whether this is the right guy for you.
