It depends upon the causes:
1) dandruff
2) stress
3) lack of protein
etc
For dandruff, try applying hot oil ur scalp twice a week n wash it of with mild shampoo
else rubbing lemon on ur scalp or vinegar cud do better
dandruff can b due to dust or heat exposure

1. Eat protein rich food.
2. Remove dandruff - Take head bath twice a week. Apply oil and massage twice a week.
3. Use mild shampoo.
4. Dilute the shampoo in water before you apply.
6. Comb after it dries.
7. Don't wander in hot days.
8. Drink lots of water.
9. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

(If you re in some medication, then don't bother about hair loss. You cant stop hair falling if you are taking tablets and medicine.)

Hair loss

when the amount of hair lost grows higher than the normal hair fall that takes place due to the change in environment, increasing age or growth of new hairs, it is referred to as hair loss problem that needs special care. Improper or poor diet, exposure to a lot of chemicals or cosmetics, hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety and mental tension are some causes of hair loss.

Remedies
Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.
Boil neem leaves in water. Cool, strain and rinse hair with it.
Increase green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soya beans, whole grains and nuts.

2. Consult a skin specialist to diagnose any problem and get the solution.

first of all u need to find out the cause ! whether u r eating well or r u suffering from any vit deficiency ! keep your hair clean at all times.
use a mild shampoo suited to ur hair type and afterwards use a conditioner. don't brush your hair vigourously and also wash ur comb regularly. have protein rich food and use a hair mask . if this doesn't help then consult a dermatologist !

wash your hair two to three times a week, keep iit covered at all times, take cap vitamin e 400mg once a day for 15 days. and eat a balanced diet with plenty of fluids.

hello,try Ramdev babas hair oil .In the begining undiluted,After 2-3- bottles, use diluted with coconut oil. It helps.

im also having same problem ...don;t use hot water in washing ur hair,& don't wash ur hair in shower. message wd coconut oil 1 day before ..in night n then shamoo next day ...keep triming ur hair...in 2 months...use home made conditinor in ur hair boil tea powder in water cool it & then pore in tea net in another jug n then put this water on ur hair after shampoo..don't comb in wet hair let it dry some time then comb ....
