Unless you don't want fat

Then look into protein shakes or a high calorie yet healthy diet.

I wish I had this problem!

Healthy fats are a good source of calories -- you could, for example, add olive oil to your food. But I would not recommend adding too many calories from fat into your diet overall.

Protein is vital for the development of muscle. Protein supplements are widely available, and there are vegetarian options (whey-based - not for vegans; soy-based). If you are going to push to grow muscle, you may want a protein supplement that contains essential branched chain amino acids (BCAA's). All amino acids are important, but this type is metabolized in your muscles rather than in your liver.

No matter how much weight you want to gain, you should eat a balanced diet. And diet should be only part of your lifestyle change, which should include exercise. Count calories and keep and exercise journal. Consult a trainer.

There are free calorie counting/exercise journal sites online. Look for one that suits you.

Good luck.

Well, weight is caused by hybonhydrates and fats. These two are the main categories of natural elements that cn provide our organism with the appropriate diet. But carbonhydrates and fats are rich in chemical unions such as glycoze. So when someone eats too much of food that can contain these, these ingredients are saved to his body in order to be used later. If you want to gain some weight eat pasta, sauces, fried, meat, chicken, eggs usually as they can helkp your organism add calories and of course kilos. Avoid sugar and sweets as they may turn you into a diabetic if they are not eaten in moderation.

For goodness sake, don't eat mcdonalds, yes its an easy way to gain weight, but it's certainly not healthy for you!
Just stick with carbs, like wholemeal bread and pasta, no sugary stuff! That will just rot your teeth!
If this doesn't work, go to your gp, perhaps it's a hormone thing?
