No he is very busy. His relationship with Mary Magdalene was at least a warm one and perhaps more, so I don't think he is gay, although there is nothing wrong with being gay.
I also don't think any relationship he may have had with her takes away from his earthly purpose since he is said to be fully God and fully Human.
But nothing indicates he was even partly gay, though, I believe he would have accepted that in others way better than some flavors of Christianity do today.
