ask her about things that she is interested in, and then see if you have common interests. if you do see if you can take her somewhere doing that common interest, whatever it may be.

If she has just come out of a relationship, she probably isn't really ready for a new one. The best thing you can do is be supportive and sensitive to her. Tell her that she deserves to be happy and that you think she's a really special girl. Let her talk about her ex and don't get upset about it or put him down. Just say, he hasn't made you happy and you deserve to be happy. There are a lot of guys that would give you everything you need and you just have to find one that can and will. Over time, let her know that you would like to be the guy that makes her happy and do nice things for her to cheer her up. Be sensitive, romantic and supportive of her and let her know that you have her interests at heart.

Obviously she trusts you enough to discuss her last relationship with you and sees you as her friend. If you are interested in her as a future potential partner just be gentle, take your time, be there for her as a support system and a good friend to start with.
Also, you must understand that she might need time to heal and you do not want to be a rebound guy, but then again nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
Take your time and hopefully it will work out the way you want.
Good luck,
Irene

How do you talk to a girl, without her knowing that you want to know her better. Whenever you want to know someone better without them knowing about it is by making small talk, to them, talk about the weather , or if you are in school, or college talk about the subjects you are taking and ask her which class she likes and I'll bet from then on you will handle this issue with ease. Good luck, and I hope you will get to be friends with her and eventually, become a couple.

Start talking about your interests, hobbies, previous jobs, dreams for the future, places you've visited or want to visit...don't get mired down into any more talk about her last relationship or you are going to end up in the "friend zone" and she won't see you as boyfriend material.
