Soak the pork in kosher wine. Sprinkle kosher salt on it. Bake in a kosher oven at 350 degrees for 3 hours. remove from oven. Let cool. Place in trash can. Go to the store and buy a chicken.

Since your question is in the Etiquette section and this is all about Society & Culture, I would do the pork roast next week. Now that we have the pork roast back in the freezer, ask your Jewish friend what he/she would enjoy? I'm sure you'll have no problem finding a receipe for anything he/she suggests. Everyone will be happy.

I wish I had an awesome friend like you! How to cook pork in a kosher way: sprinkle with salt. Keep it away from milk. Do the hokey-pokey and turn yourself around. Bake at 350 for 1 and half hours. Take out of oven and throw in the trash:
Jews don't eat pork, you dingdong!

Jewish people do not eat pork products. You won't find a kosher recipe. Sorry.

Well, this person can't be a friend of yours because if you hung out with him/her just a little bit you would know that they don't eat pork. But if you're trying to end the friendship, I say cook it with a little honey and pineapples.

This is a joke, right? Pork isn't kosher no matter how it's prepared.

You'd have better luck finding a kosher shrimp cocktail recipe.
Perhaps lobster bisque.

I did the same thing when I was at university!
The recipe is easy - pick your Jewish friends carefully.
They will have a laugh and either eat it or just take the veggies.
