I have a shirt that was purchased that had the ink device. They did not remove it and it was last year. I no longer have the reciept. They will not use the special device to remove. PLEASE HELP!

you do not !!! You go to the store with the receipt and they will remove it.

They are held on by a magnetic clip. the device they use in store is a strong magnet, it pulls the internal latch off the pin. try a very strong magnet. alternatively holting the device can cause the catch to drop down also, but this is not in any way recommended if it holds dye as it could explode.
