Peter loved Jesus and knew him personally. He had a Jewish take on worship for the Lord.
But God wanted the whole world to know of His Love and recruited Paul to spread the gospel further.
Paul and Peter met and did work on compromising of certain ideas. Both were doing what the Lord asked, you don't separate the two men. I think there is a passage in the Bible that says, 'you say you are for Paul and you for Timonthy' but all this is about the Lord God.

What's the difference between them? The writings they left behind support each others teachings. Paul talks in Galatians 2 about working with Peter. And Peter in his letters calls the writings of Paul part of the scriptures. There is nothing in the scriptures that indicates any difference in the "worship" of Peter and Paul. If you are seeing something, please give detail so we can answer you.

Paul and Peter spoke in agreement in their writings.
the only dispute was when Peter allowed the fear of man to cloud his Christian love. But Peter was humble enough to be corrected by Paul.
When you look at both of their writings we get God's view of the matter.

Jesus came to break down the "law" in religion and teach of love. Paul just put all the law back into place.
