Ummm no foaming eyes aren't normal. Tearing up is normal, but all out foam isn't normal. See a doctor.

Actually, the tear ducts are conducted to the back of the nasal passages for drainage. Your blowing is forcing mucus into the tear ducts. Mucus from the nasal area is also the reason you have "peepers" of granulations in the corners of your eyes when you awaken from sleep.

It is because if you have sinusites,the infection drainage has to go somewhere.
The eyes are in contact with the nose in that way.
