take up a craft or something (like knitting) to keep your hands busy, or change your routine around a bit. For example, if you watch tv before bed (MAJOR munchi time) try taping your favorite shows to watch after work or school, or in the morning, and Shower at night, or try different acctivites that are not conductive to eating.

Myth: Eating at night time makes you obtain weight. This is a nutrition fantasy, it is a nutrition fantasy, it is a nutrition fantasy. Let me say it once more, it is a nutrition fantasy. Fact: There isn't any "reduce-off time" for meals ingestion. The hour of the day or night time issues no longer. What does subject is that if you're consuming extra energy than what your frame makes use of, backside line. It does no longer subject whether or not you consume those energy for the period of the morning, afternoon, or overdue into the night time. If you consume what you burn, you keep the identical weight. If you consume not up to you burn, you reduce weight. If you consume greater than you burn, you obtain weight. It's that sensible. And allow me repeat, it issues NOT what time of the day or night time you consume. If you quite wanna quit consuming at night time (if you're nonetheless shopping into the parable), then consume some thing mild, like a part of greens, a fruit, a salad, or a few juice. If you are not able to withstand nighttime temptation, then reduce quick a section of meals for the period of the day and reserve it for the nighttime deal with. Enjoy.

This is a myth. Your body is always burning calories. It knows no certain time of your calorie intake, so it is still okay to eat before bedtime. I wouldn't suggest gorging(sp?) yourself at bedtime, but it's okay eat then. You might not burn AS MUCH calories as you would during the day, but you still burn while you sleep. And make sure you eat breakfast the next morning, because it's really bad for your body if you don't eat for that many hours at a time.
