Dealers will pay about $10,000 for a GL model. You should be able to buy one for $13,000. These cars depreciate like crazy! Dealers don't want to take them on trade, because very few people want to buy these used. The bid low and they can't mark it up too much, because there is so little demand for the car.
My recommendation to everyone who asks about Hyundai cars is that if you buy one, keep it until the tires fall off! The resale value stinks! I am in the auto business and I am the one who tells people they have an undesirable trade in.
Good luck!

Around $16,500 with probably around 20-30,000 miles and being a GLS V6 with usual options. Mileage, options and the actual condition of the car matter greatly. (No V6, deduct money, leather interior, add money) Kelley Blue Book is what most dealers reference. www.kbb.com

Check CARMAX. Best used cars. They also will give you more for a trade than a new car dealership will.
