well according to christian doctrine on their god saying that their is no higher power than him and the belief of atheist which is that there is no god or higher power than man then yes i would have to say you are corect in your thinking. if god is the highest power than that leaves no higher power for him to believe in which in all would make him an atheist sorry christians he has a good point just dont even bother answering his question it is pretty sound proof save this poor person the time and effort of reading your many bible verses that you are sure to send to try and piss him off we would all be happy if you just left him alone im sure

What precisely do you mean by that question? If you mean did God create atheists, according to my beliefs, of course He did. If you mean is God an atheist, um... well if He's God, it'd be kinda silly for him to be an atheist.

At first I thought your question was ignorant, and got a bit angry at this thought, but the more I thought about it, I can understand your question.
My only comment is: God wants us to have faith and believe in him without proof. When Jesus was here on earth, he said, "blessed are those who believe and have faith, without seeing."
God has his plan. We must have faith. I honestly feel sorry for the atheists.
