Hi

I dont think 52 kg is so much weight and if u r above 17 then what i ll suggest dont reduce it because this ll going to do problems in ur future when u r getting married.

So think it once more.

What u can do is take some gd food containing all kinds of minerals and vitamins to shape up ur body but dont try to reduce the weight.

Hope u can understand the problems by doing that.

First, let me say I don't think you need to lose any weight. But, that aside, here is what I've learned:

Hands down all the experts agree that the healthiest and most effective way to lose weight and keep it off (long-term) is to change your lifestyle. This means NOT starving yourself for a week, NOT temporarily cutting out carbs or certain other foods from your diet, and NOT temporarily killing yourself at the gym.

You must decide on a diet and exercise plan that YOU WILL STICK WITH.

Also, you must start drinking at least six 8 ounce glasses of water per day, and stick with it. This will naturally curb your appetite, and flush out toxins and excess sodium in your body, which can cause bloating and swelling.

Whatever you do, you need to make sure you are getting the proper amount of nutrients every day. Research to find out what the most nutrient-rich foods are and eat more of those. If you do cut down on your portions, cut down on pasta and bread first. Lean meats and vegetables are your friend.

And remember: AT LEAST 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

Aim for at least 10 000 steps a day, you can use a pedometer to keep track.

And Atkins is not the way to go, instead of totally eliminating carbs, try taking in complex carbs like wholemeal bread, brown rice.

And beware of low-fat yogurt/granola bars, they have loads of sugar. Always op for the low sugar/low fat version. Better still, just take fruits/nuts for snacks.

Try having deep fried/oily food only once a week.

Weight/Strength training keeps you in shape and strengthens you muscles and bone, which means you will have a higher metabolic rate, and burn more calories for the same work. 3. Healthy diet is always better than a fad diet. Make these things you habits rather than doing them for a month or so, then you will see miracles.

u r not obese ! but u can workout to keep in shape. take long walk do some free hand exercise everyday and use the stairs instead of the lift . eat healthy and drink lots of water. don't starve urself by goin on a diet. drastic weightloss is harmful ! phsical activity is necessary whether u r thin or overweight.

excesice1 hour daily n reduce oily food ghee frm ur diet n then stop in take of sugar n reduce rice n drink lots of water there is no need of a strict diet this will reduce ur weight. try lemon juice in luke warm water early in the morning n as ur not over weight uneed not reduce ur weight

hi..

well no pain no gain. To lose weight the fatest way, u must quit all carbo for a period of time, say give urself a week of no carbs, only protein.. say only fish/ chicken n vegetables. when you're hungry, or urge comes in, drink so much water that u wanna puke.

If u can maintain it for a week, you'll definitely be able to reduce about 3-5kg. Good Luck!!

i think 52 is correct wt, if u want to reduce it, drink some hot water before doing ur exercise, or walking, try this it ll give u good result

Eat less, move more. However, you don't sound as if you need to reduce?? Just be a lovely person, that matters much more.

You should reduce carbohydrate such as rice, bread, or some kinds of fruit(mango). Try to eat lots of vegetables. You eat normally in the morning, i prefer to eat cereal. For lunch, try to not each very much. For dinner, you should eat salad. ^^
