If you MUST, use plain baby shampoo, but it's better to get puppy shampoo, as dogs' skin is not the same as human skin. NEVER use any normal adult shampoo on a dog!! You will strip the hair of natural oils and could even cause an allergic reaction to the fragrances.
Stick with the baby shampoo, but if you can get to a petstore it's really better that you get puppy shampoo.

Defintiely no regular shampoo!!!! That could cause a lot of bad skin irritations. You can get away with Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo as it is very mild. I would recommend getting some dog shampoo on your next visit to the pet store though. And I always recommend conditions too. Just like us when you wash a dog you strip their hair of their natural oils, and depending on the water it can dry out their skin. Normal baby conditioner or a dog conditioner can be used every other wash to prevent these problems. You can bath your dog once a month, not every six months.

No. You should use only products intended for puppies. Others can be to harsh on the skin.
Also keep in mind that frequent bathing can lead to dry skin, hot spots, and even increased doggie odor. Bathing disrupts the dogs natural skin oils and that can cause the above conditions.
Unless instructed to do so by your veterinarian your dog should only bathed once every six months, unless obviously dirty.

sure baby shampoo just makes her softer than she already is. if she smells really bad, then try dawn dish soap. Works great on fleas too.
