Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.

I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".

The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

The safest weight loss is 2 lbs or less a week. If you have quite a few pounds to lose then in the beginning, losing the amount you lost wont be harmful. As you get closer to your goal weight, I would be more careful. So long as you are eating healthy and consuming enough calories to sustain a healthy body. Here is a link to check your ideal weight for your height. Also, keep in mind that if you are doing any type of exercise that builds up your muscle, you may want to increase the ideal weight. Yours should be around 135 lbs for your height but could be more if you have increased muscle weight.

Never go by what the national average is. I'm 5'9" at 220 lbs ( I don't know Kilo's) and I am trim for my frame. You should pay more attention to how you look and how your clothes fit you than what some 'expert' says. Standards for my height/age is 160 lbs, if I were to get to that size, I would look sickly.

As for the workout, your weight loss will slow as you have worked off a lot of your water gain and toxins. Don't be supprised if you loose half of what you have before with the same excertion, that's how many people get off their plans. Continue doing cardio excersizes at a slower pace for longer priods, and seek alternative time/effort to squeeze in extra fat burning activities into your schedule. As well as evaluate your diet, don't cut everything out thats fattening/bad for you. Maintain your mood by limiting your starches/sugars, not eliminate alltogether.

Yes, that is normal. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. It's also always easier at the beginning because the closer you get to your ideal weight, the harder it is to lose weight. Expect the weight loss to slow down, but dont get discouraged and keep up the good work!
