Do i need to delete this?

There are a couple of spyware programs that use "syspool" as part of the name of files they install. Recommend that rather then delete the file, you rename it. Then if it cuases problems, you can go back and give it the original name again.
But first I would download and run a couple of anti-spyware programs (such as Skybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-Aware SE - both free at http://donwload.com ) They should remove the entire spyware, not just the one file.

It is a variant of W32/Polybot virus. Please delete it.
