Eat after you have exercised. I never eat before I exercise. If you want to eat before hand then eat at least an hour or two before you start to exercise.
Personally I am too lazy to get up in the morning to exercise, I normally go to the gym after work and that works well for me.

According to every diet out there...and I am on Slim in 6 right now, you need to work out 3 hours after you eat and eat again 1 hour after your workout. Working out on an empty tummy will help your body burn it's stored fat rather then the fat that is digesting in your tummy. Slim in 6 goes off of 3 meals and 3 snacks eating every 2 -3 hours. The meal that you do eat after your workout needs to be lean protein based. Slim in 6 does recommend a glass of water, working out and then breakfast an hour after the 20 -60 min cardio.

Eat before you walk. Eating actually raises your metabolic rate, so you will have an extra advantage when you're walking. The other part is, you won't be ravenous when you get home.
As for the best time of day to excercise? Whenever you can fit it into your schedule. Have fun.

Before you eat or wait for 2 hours after eating so you have energy to digest the food you have eaten. Also eating after exercise is great because your metabolic rate is faster and helps to burn unwanted calories.

Sometimes I get cramps if I eat before. It is better to eat before, so you have energy to burn, but after is ok (says my doctor).
