What is Mission 2020 and what are its Aim->target people->country?

i presume it's Vision 2020 and not mission 2020... It was a phrase put down by our belove president Dr.Abdul Kalam. The great scientist and visionary predicts that India will become a super power by that Year....

Mission (more accurately vision) 2020 , is a year by which India will be a developed country, if we continue to grwo by current pace. This is not just the economic consideration, but also includes quality of life, total infrastructure growth, education and much more. I don't know about mission 2020, but I know that eh US is planning on having a manned perminent site on the moon by 2021. It was on the news last week.
