Soak feet in a warm solution with salt added. Keep shoes and socks off for as long as possible.
When you put shoes and socks on, wear woolen or cotton proper walking socks and dust your feet with foot powder, or baby talc before you put them on.
Good luck. I know how painful blisters can be. I recommend using an antiseptic cream before bed with a pair of cotton socks as well - this seems to speed up healing, but must be washed off the next day

Whatever you do, do not burst them. Cover the blisters before wearing footwear of any kind, so that if they burst they will not become infected. This could happen if you burst them in a non sterile environment. If they keep re-occurring, the I suggest that you visit either your doctor to see if you have any fungicidal or bacterial condition that may be affecting your feet, failing that go to a Chiropodist. Do not treat this lightly, go see someone if they don't get better. Good luck

The best remedies I have used are a bowl, bit enough for your feet, fill it up with fairly hot water, to which you add a cup of salt! Soak your feet until the water cools ... then dry thoroughly. Rub some aqueous cream into your feet afterwards, and repeat this as often as you can. You should sort out the shoes that are causing this though.

1st thing to do is start wearing proper fitting shoes.. and wear the correct shoes for the right kind of activity you'll be doing, if you're walking alot - dont wear fancy going out shoes
keep pressure off the blister so that it can heal, dnt pop it - it will heal on its own which will take a few days.
if it's really painful, keep your feet cool with some lotion.

Compeed. I think they are called that anyway. Keep feet dry and warm while not in shoes. If your blisters hurt when wearing shoes then these small protective plasters are bloody brilliant!

You could try wearing 'dual layer' running type socks. One layer stickers to your shoe, the other layer sticks to your foot, so all the friction is inside the sock and not against your skin. Any good sports shop should have them.
Otherwise you could rub surgical spirit onto the soles of your feet, it should toughen the skin up slightly.
