You have to go online and get it registered from the xp site, else u rename the window file ans win old and again install xp provided this time u install the legal version of xp and then copy all data from the old win to the present installed file .

I would re-install Windows XP better yet install Windows 2000 Professional. Windows 2000 does not have such spyware.

Can you see a star type logo in the corner of the computer, right click on that and then click on "change notification settings" and then I think you can solve your problem.

reinstall os and dont go ms site after install it is better.The problem is only solved by reinstall
