Hi! Acne is completely related to what you feed yourself. The reason why jogging brings it out, is because your body releases TOXINS during running (sweat) and as a result ACNE occurs. If you fix up your diet you acne should clear up.
YOU MUST HAVE no lollies, junk food, SODA.
MINIMISE your meat, eggs and dairy, grains, breads, pastas, and cereals
MAXIMISE your veges, fruits, nuts and legumes...

and a multivitamin, and antioxidant supplements should put you on the road to good health! good luck!

I work super hard at my job and get the sweating. I started using a product sold at Costco called Acne Free. Has the same stuff I guess as Proactive. My couple of zits have went away and I have the beautiful skin that I want. Mind you, I had to cut back from 2X daily to 1X because it really dried my skin out (like a chemical peel does)

instead of jogging, start yoga, watch yoga guru swamy ramdevji maharaj on aastha channel daily at night from 8.15 to 9.30, his CD is also available ,"pranayam" at all music stores, watch carefully and start slowly few aasanas at a time, u will find this gives u more relaxation, fresh feeling , light to walk ,blood purifies, better concentration on work , glowing face... all this if u do aasanas daily for life time or years together, all toxins from the body will be removed and small ailments will not come near u

I would suggest that you drink alot of juices and fluids ,keep a towel around your neck to wipe the sweat off as you are running .

i think they ll go our as the time passes but i hve a soln it works for me might it also work for u.......
in night rub ur face with ice for 5 min ..........n u can try it even in mornin n yah no side effects gurranteed...

if you continously do sports it seems logical that the outbreaks will stop! the skin is just cleaning itself..
