It is not possible in two weeks, but here is a trick, start standing straight and sucking your stomach in, just do it everytime you remember and you stomach will appear flatter, in mean time to those crunches, every night.

I hope you like situps. Do several a day and several times a day.

I'm sure there are other exercises you could do also.

Watch your eating habits as well.
