I did! I also prayed that my grandma would beat the cancer but it rotted out her face instead. Oh well, all part of his plan! Praise him! Has prayer worked for you like it has for me?

On the fact that you got home safely from your post office visit , well then truly God does work wonders !! Your grandmother is certainly better off with Jesus ( if she was saved ) than here in this life . Stop and think , no one lives forever here on planet earth ! We all die of something sooner or later ? That is the Peace of mind that God brings to a Christian , life ends here on earth , but your eternal ( forever ) life is with God in heaven and never ends ! So , to a believing Christian , your grandmother did " beat " her cancer , she has beaten it by being with the Lord , and she suffers no more ! God Bless with Understanding ..

Life is painful for a reason, you don't understand that the pain you're experiencing is preparing you for something greater. If you never came to Earth, how would you know that Heaven felt good. You were already in Heaven and don't have the tools to remember, Well!, now is the time to get the tools.

I'm sorry you feel the need to make fun of God and prayer....including mentioning your Grandmother's cancer. Shame on you. Or did you make this up? If so, shame on you.

to pray is to hope..mostly while facing unavoidable doom
how often prayer is answered ..I imagine its rare
if by chance the energy of the universe is housed by a cat called god...he would be way busy trying to figure this all out..we would be part of that energy..would we be little god particles..gives new meaning to the ...god help us ...adage

help yourself

Jesus Christ has never let me down, Never! Are you a child of God? Have you made Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior? Did your Grandmother know Jesus Christ as her Savior? Then again maybe she did, but even Christians grow old and die. One day we will have a new body and mind, if we believe everything God said in the Bible.

From a small child I have always believed in God. I have always believed in Jesus Christ his only begotten Son. God has been very good to me and my family. I know he cares for me very much, and he hears all my prayers. Hope you find him, he can heal all pains.

First! I do NOT consider myself "religious". but I talk to God all the time.

God has his own ideas on how to answer you.

6 years ago I was exercising so much I lost 40lbs. I bought lots of sports bras to exercise in. Little did I know God had other plans!

That fall after my Breast Cancer surgery, my sports bras made my breast look "even".

God has answered you but you just haven't seen it yet!
