Even tho. I may never see her again in my life is it possible to still be in love with a girl I really cared about and loved with all my heart and more

and if it is possible is it fair to say there is "unfinished business" as there are still feelings there or is it just because while we were together we were brilliant

and as an add on to that - should I never say never to never not bumping into her again in my life?

just curious to ask ppl what they think

Yes,its possible to still be in love with her.Its because you have had a great time with her and you were really close. Its clear that she has made a huge impact on you.And also believe that the days you spent with her were the best days in your life ever. She is that special person who touched the very depth of your heart.
You still have these feelings going on just coz things were brilliant.
I am still in love with my ex who dumped me 5 months ago.He is someone i still love and care about. But i know that he's gone and shall never ever get to see him again in life, yet i love him with all my heart and soul coz the days i had with him were the best days in my life.Though its ''finished business''.
Your soulmate may be somewhere around and will find you.Keep going.Good Luck!

I've been deployed. The last thing they want to feel is that they're leaving you for possibly the last time. So don't say anything of the sorts of goodbye for good. Try to keep things upbeat for an otherwise sad occasion. Tell them you'll see them soon (they do take vacations home while in Iraq, i.e. leave) and that you love them. They made the decision to join/stay in the military so regardless of how you feel, they need the support of their loved ones.

I don't know, you could still be in love with her as the person she was when you were with her, but who's to say if you did see her again she may be a completley different person, you may always have feelings for her, but there will be plenty of other girls out there!

i know what you mean, cuz i've been there
good thing it was long long ago, so i definitely got over it, as you should do
i think we all tend to cling to such "unfinished business" cuz we need some kind of closure and most of time it ended while you were still brilliant and didn't get the time to enter the part of relationship when things start to bother us....and they would
yes it is possible, but it is also more of fixation of mind than real love

If you were brilliant why are you no longer together? Obviously one or both of you disagreed with that analysis! With regards to your question I believe you can love someone all your life even though you are no longer in contact with that person, that doesn't mean that you are destined to be with her though!

I dont think you are fully over her. If you were you wouldnt still be in love with her. I think you need to accept you wont see her again and move on. greive for the loss of your relationship with her and live your life again.
