Impossible to mytunes with Itunes v. 7?

I get a message saying "library not registered" when I d/l songs. What can I do?

weird....iono mine has been screwing up too and its v. 7 .everytime i try and open itunes and listen to my songs it gives me maybe 20 seconds then freezes up and i cant's listen to anything and then it takes forever to ctrl+alt+delete it
