I think if your hair is dark brown you could buy a home dye and it would dye over but it is light brown then you should go to a salon and get it sorted out. Maybe you could do it on Saturday and have your hair styled at the same time for your birthday night out.

As it is yellow and not white, you don't actually have to put on red first. But you MUST use a warm brown, copper brown or something with a lot of red in it. Its better to do it this way, so you are minimising the amount of chemical treatments. When you've finished, use loads of conditioner, and try to let it dry naturally. This will help it to recover from the shock. Don't mess with it then, until Saturday. Have a good night out!

Because you have bleached you hair and removed the colour in order to fix it you need to add the color back in.

To do this you need to put a red dye on your hair first as this puts but the colour in your hair, once you have done that you can put a brown on top, but you must put the red on first or it wont work.

You need to go to a hairdressers.

Honestly, when you start bleaching dark hair you weaken it so much that any mistake will cause the hair to break off, and you can't just redye it, you have to layer colours back on.

Go and get it sorted out x

Yikes!

See a hair dresser for advice but I suspect you might be stuck with it for a few days. You really shouldn't dye your hair twice in the same week, most particularly if one of those times involved peroxide/ammonia.

If you dye it again you run the risk of it turning out a very odd colour, or at worst falling out. I suggest you get a sexy hat for the weekend and have a hairdresser fix it next week!

Either the bleach wasnt strong enough or you took it off too soon. Buy the nearest shade you can to your own natural hair colour but ensure it can be used on highlighted hair. Some reddish/auburn tones for instance can go tooooooo bright on bleached/highlighted hair.

Get another dye - chestnut brown (or any warm brown shade) would do and cover up your yellow with it. It will wash lighter eventually but at least it will get you through the weekend with no problems.

Buy L'Oreal's Home Coloring Kit, which doesn't take time, just mix, apply and let sit for about 30 minutes, then wash off. Its safe and you should buy the permanent one, closest to your actual hair color.

Or just head to your most trustest hair salon. (Don't experiment with new ones at this point).

GoodLuck, and happy birthday in advance. Saggi's rule. :-)

Yes you can buy any hair colour as long as it has some red in it, other wise it will go a funny colour
