My son is sick with an ear infection, so we won't be doing the usual play area/play group thing today. This is the 2nd day in the house, and we're both going stir-crazy. I hate to have the TV on all the time either. He still has plenty of energy to burn even sick!

Yesterday, we made ornaments for the tree. What are some other fun ideas for an indoor day?

My son loves dominoes. If you have any let him dump and try to boiuld with them. We also just started learning to write letters. There are plenty of websites that have free coloring pages to download.

I think making some Christmas cookies sounds fun. I hope the poor thing feels better soon! It sucks to be sick at Christmas time!

back christmas cookies together. For a quick idea you can buy the slice and back ones at the grocery store with the icing and edible picture to put on top. You can also color or read books together.
