To recognize the different types of division of people that stay in a hotel I would say on a daily basis is more buisness class, depending on the time of the year, summer you will get families, depending which countries, winter you will find alot of couples in the hotels where there is lots of sunshine, it really all depends on where you go what time of the year, and most important its which hotel your dealing with, 5 star hotels are fantastic, you get top of the line buisness people, and excellent service from the housekeeping department and the provision of necessities, you never have to call for a clean towel etc, but that is a 5 star hotel, the lower class could never measure up to quality service no matter how they try, if you want to stay in a cheap hotel you will end up feeling cheap yourself, Its not just housekeeping service we are looking at its the maintaining of the entire hotel,
and there has to be staff to attend to guest needs at all times since its a 24 hours buisness.

I can categorize different kinds of hotel staff - and the result is variable - very variable - my favourite comment-less play is to make the accountancy of their errors - sometimes I stop before the addition exploses. It's good to know who is who - at least we agree on that point - don't we ?
