What I advise you do is flow as a student. that's in all possibility the finest way. perhaps no longer trouble-free yet much less complicated. flow to college, get into an artwork software and minor in jap. pick a school that has the two artwork and jap. verify into the jap language branch for student substitute and foreign places learn courses. The interest direction is a stressful one. merely going there is no longer so trouble-free. The immigration rules are strict and properly defined. I had to artwork for some years interior of my agency, climb some ladders in the previous i could be assigned to Japan. As a student, you could study extra with regard to the artwork, study the language and you have got that threat to journey existence in Japan. journey will open the doorways, yet you will could desire to artwork a sprint stressful. it is not trouble-free, even with the undeniable fact that it somewhat is finished. I did it.

You will have to apply for adjustment of status. This can be done. You need to be totally honest from now on. If it is not too long since you came into the country, you stand a fair chance, depending on which country you came from.

Please engage an immigration attorney. You need them in your corner. They will know exactly what to do to make you legal.
