Some times a broken heart is more pain than a broken bone. Who's heart is broken? Certainly not. So you think flowers will mend the heart of your friend? It will depend on what kind of relationship you are in, the intensity of the heartbreak and your conduct both verbal and impression. Honesty, forgiveness, understanding and prayer will do a great deal in mending the heart. And if you add flowers and chocolate the healing process will be more faster. Its up to you brother.

I think the only thing that can mend a broken heart is YOU ,,,, YOURSELF,,,, it is very hard to get over a broken heart,,,,and their is alot of feelings and emotions that you will go through,,,and no one on here can tell you what you already know yourself,,,,

when you love someone ice cream, sex, etc,,,,,only prolong the agony of dealing with the pain,,,,you have to work through the pain and feel it,,,and go step by step,,,if not,,,when you go to do something with someone else,,,you will be constantly reminded of them and the things that you used to do together,,,,and it always seems like every song that you hear on the radio,,,is a constant reminder of a love lost,,,,and that is what sucks,,,,

just remember,,,,every thing happens for a reason,,,,,and app-
arently it was not meant to be for you and the other person,,,,,or you would still be with them,,,,,

I think the best answer to this question lies within yourself,,,and it has to be your decision ,,, when you are ready to move on ,,,,
your heart will let you know and you will move on,,,,

I HOPE I HELPED A LITTLE BIT

Is it your heart? If so sending flowers to yourself(some people do) only fuels the fire. Pick up and move on. What can you do really. If you broke someones heart, lrt them know how you feel face to face if possible. If you want to include a nice gift, that is fine but it won't fix the heart. Sincerety and understanding are 2 was to start the healing process. What would you want if the roles were reversed. Be a critical thinker and stand in their shoes for a moment without reservation.

Nothing can heal a broken heart but time...

You just have to deal about the pain and move on...eventually you don't notice that you're already singing for another love..ready to take the chance once again...

But as of now, what you can do is to surround yourself with friends and positive people...They will help you forget, in one way or another...I do not suggest to go in a new relationship because right now you're still vulnerable...You have to wait so you don't use people and fool yourself...

Always put in mind that you broke up with your ex because there is a conflict. It means your ex is possibly not for you, well, i'm not saying he/she couldn't be, but at least for now you could say that.....And it means there is someone out there for you, though you will have conflicts, will never allow to break up with you...One that is willing to give up differences so your relationship could be saved!

Good God, skip the drama...get over it. The whole world is full of people who have had broken hearts--it hurts, it is real, and it certainly calls for action. Ckear your mind and start looking for a new mate. Check yourself over---are you date material---can you attract a new love? Be upbeat and move on,,,,a heart is NOT a machine time will make all this go by by. Get a job or a hobby, meet new people,,,smile and be nice. Merry xmas

Evaluate what worked/not worked in the relationship, your own mistakes and what you did right. Also get rid of anything that reminds of the relationship if its painful.

Spending time with family, friends, and activities will help get over a broken heart.

nothing can be done in case of a broken heart all measures suggested /adopted would be simply to divert the attention however next time the broken heart would be more immune to such occurances
