She speaks very little but I love her I am not getting how to talk her and win her. I deadly need some tips.

Well first how long have you been dating? Second does she speak another language? Do things with her that requires the both of you to interact rather than just you making a decision. Team work. Be creative. Ask questions, and learn to listen carefully. You say she is cultural. Looking into cultural activities together-and observe if- that excites her.
If you really Love her and want to be with her you are going to have to work. Also another resource is her close friends and family talk to them.
Your on the right track just dont give up if u really Love her. Either she will open up and be a beautiful flower/You will find out that maybe she does not feel the same.

look honey, maybe she is just shy in person, so you could probably try sending her emails, talking to her on the internet, using instant messengers, sending SMSs. And trust me, the longer time you spend with her, the more she will open up to you, so just be patience and show her that you do care about her, and there are lots of other ways to win a girl even if you don't talk in person much.
I used to be a girl who speaks very little because of shyness, but after spending sometime with my boyfriend, I start to talk more and more, and now 3 years later, I can tell him anything and everything.
Just be patience, and don't push her :)

Just give her time to come out of her shell. Make her feel relaxed so she can talk to you.
