You could braze it.

Doubt it would weld (copper would be a gloppy mess before you even approached the melting point of tungsten).

Just what is the application, anyway?

You can't weld the 2 pcs together. The melting points of the 2 materials is so far apart that its physically imposible with any welding, brazing, sodering process.
