ISST would provide a global treaty level platform for information technology usage and capacity . The treaty platform would inform the international community for many areas , including space based systems for security , crisis , resources , energy , and public education . ISST would also operate for statistical process , compuational analysis and inter-govermental planning agendas . ISST would be a valuable tool for the international community , enabling the complex task of problem solving, for issues such as global warming , global developmental process and sustainability . ISST is available at this time through US Space Agency , Congress and Senate .

Do you feel that good information and good communications are helpful in fighting the threat posed by global warming?
Do you feel ISST would be a valid contribution for World Peace and the assurance of our planetary future ?

Absolutely not. Right now the space station is being built by countries that we have an existing working relationship with. In other words, we trust them. A treaty would allow anybody to be involved in building it and we'd be surrendering many security measures. We'd also be letting patent secrets be available to Countries like China who don't honor our patent laws.
I certainly would agree to allow the use of the station to anyone who needs it, and have stipulations that be only used for peaceful purposes.
