Has anyone had eye surgery with a prescription like mine and which technique did you use. Was it painful and what was the recovery time?

LASIK should be able to correct your myopia (near-sightedness), as long as you are in healthy order and there isn't any odd corneal complications to deal with. Recovery time is often very quick. The procedure (although commonly successful) is not a permanent solution. You vision may continue to change and you would be forced into more correction. Unless you doctor is confident your vision isn't changing soon, AND your in healthy financial order go ahead. Otherwise contact lenses are constantly improving in comfort, and spectacle eye wear is continuing to improve in appearance.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3

Your eyesight is too far gone for surgery, my niece went and hers was 10 and she couldn't get it done. they will do you glasses that are filed down so they don't look thick.
