Unfortunately you cannot point train your body, when you lose weight, you lose weight you lose weight evenly. If you train your abs for example, in the hope of lessening your belly, initially it will look bigger, this is because the muscles underneath are getting bigger. This is a mistake that a lot of people make when trying to get rid of "love handles". Standing, making an A with your body, parallel arms flat palms move side to side down to your knees an exercise a lot of people think will attack loves handles, initially increases them. Bummer. Don't give up! Any and all exercise is good. Hope this helps!

usually the first part that loses weight is the face...which is usually the first to gain the weight in the first place....but it all depends on what type of exercises you are doing...some people just hold fat deposits in certain areas of the body

It would depend on what sort of body part you have focused on. But the most common area to be lost in is the butt and abs region.

I would go for you belly, because it is what people look for to tell if you are fat, and you won't want it to look like it is bulging from your tummy

i believe it depends on the sex. for girls i know you lose weight in the opposite as you gain. either from the top down, or from down up. meaning you can lose weight in your legs before your face, but you'll gain in your face before you gain in your legs. or vice versa.
