this phrase from Koran:2/152 means
god say to us the believers that we must remmember him and this by praying to him and to thank him and ask him only and if we do those things he will remmember us and that is not mean that he forget us but it mean that he will give us more than he will give us if we didn't pray for him , and then he said that we must thank him a lot and never unbelieve in him
by the way if u translate this phrase in a translator like google u will not understand it bcoz the meaning of the words didn't give the meaning of the phrase

Wasykuruly wa la takfuruun, and you should thank God whatever you have now, materiil or spirituil, even you like or you dislike,(wasykuruly) do not ever deny (la takfuruun) that everything comes to us is from God. We should realize that God is the most gracious, and he always wants the best for us even sometimes his way of salvation for us doesnt please us. In moslem way, we are encourage to try the best (good deed) for everything but the final result is Allah decision.

I know "wa" is "and", heheh. As to the rest, not too sure from the transliteration.
I think that's along the lines of something something "remember Me" and something "remember"

فاذكروني اذكركم واشكروا لي ولا تكفرون ﴿152
واشكروا لي / wasykuruu lii
= be grateful to me (allah) [from word syukur -to thank-, lii -to me- ].
ولا تكفرون / wa laa ta'furuun(i)
= and do not reject (the faith) [wa laa -and not-, ta'furuun -unaccept- ].

ny = me
Give Thanks to me and don't deny (God/Faith in God)
