I think that those speed limit signs are for every one but that doesn't mean that everyone follows them. If I had more money then most people I wouldn't care about speeding but you have to also think about your license and your insurance. The premium is most likely to go up after one ticket and if you get more tickets for speeding then you could get your license taken away ... especially if you're going over 20MPH over the limit.
