I'm Turkish, and I hope not. We don't need EU to come over and scrutunize our culture!

Many Turks want to join and many Europeans want Turkey to join. Anti-EU people are a minority and people against Turkey's entrance are a minority too
I want to join because it will provide us better life standarts and more freedom
Believe or not Turkey will join the union some day.

Well, earlier I used to want my country to join the union very much. But EU has brought the issue to a point that I don't really care anymore. If joining the Union means being a clown for EU, no thanks.
