One of little boy is drinking his own pee. He is only 5month and 2.7kg. I training him to phoo or pee on the newspaper in the phoo box. he get much spank when he makes mistake. most of stuff he making is on the paper, but he seems want to clean up after he make it cuz he used to get spanked when he make mistake out of the place.
ppl plz shu* up if you want to make fun of it.

Oh! by the way, spanking I gave to him was kind of fake spank with nose. ( I am not horrible person ppl. lol ) and I have very big 2 water bowl 24 hours. and keep it fresh. and I even give them mineral water. I don't want to give them tap water. )

I see that you say that you spank him when he does not go pee and poo in the right place. This is WRONG. When you do this it makes your puppy afraid of you. The best thing to do is tell him NO and move him to the correct spot to pee or poo but you must catch him doing it.
As far as drinking his own pee does he get enough water to drink? Your puppy should have water at all times except when it is night time to help him hold it over night. If he is not getting enough to drink he might be drinking his pee because he is thirsty.

Puppies have no understanding that pee or poo is bad. Spanking the puppy for peeing can make him lick his own pee to avoid the spanking.
Just reward the puppy when he pees where you want him to pee and never punish him.
Pee licking is a common thing, and although humans find it gross, dogs don't understand that. Sometimes they will lick their own pee if they are forced to lie in it. Such as being in a cage and unable to get away from the pee.

I see by smacking him you could have muddled up his brain and hopefully he will grow out of it or he may be thirsty but i don't thinks so as pee is very acidic he may be deficient in a mineral and this is how he thinks he can get it? Ask a vet.
