Can't find it right now, but somewhere it says something about men "not spilling their seed".

Well, some of the song of solomon is pretty hot if you are looking for wanking material, but masturbation is not addressed.
The "spilling of the seed" thing comes from Onan pulling out when he was supposed to knock up his brother's widow. His crime was not following the law to get her pregnant with a child that would be legally his brothers.
