It sounds like to me you need to drink more water. I have a lot of experience not drinking enough. :) Water is needed to maintain body temp. and if you don't get enough you will feel faint or get a headache. 6-8 8oz glasses per day is the recommended amount. If you think it's something else maybe you should go see an endochrinologist.

Have your blood pressure checked. Low blood pressure causes dizziness to blackouts. The 'hot flashes' could mean a change in your blood pressure as well. I get the same thing.

Sweetie, I hope you've been to your medical doctor. I had the same thing and was diagnosed as having a slight concussion.
A friend of mine had similar symptoms and they found a benign lump on the back of her ear. Please get a professional opinion.

You may be not eating enough, or drinking too much coffee. Best bet is to ask your doctor though.

could be a hormonal imbalence or in my case adrenal fatigue my husband thinks im starting menopause early ( im 35)
