How can tell that people like Giueseppe Casper Mezzofanti or Emil Krebs can really speak all those languages?

Can't anyone just claim he speaks a gazillion of them?

That would not be a serious expression. There are records that prove that Giuseppe Mezzofanti really spoke many languages

Well God made all People so therefore he made all languages
So I guess he must be able to understand them all
Because he is the Great I am and made the Heavens and the Earth and all that is in it
