Eating a number of small meals each day is known as "grazing". If you are consuming small portions of healthy foods, this is very good for both you and your metabolism. It keeps your sugar levels even.

Depending on the amount of food you eat. Dont seem bad if you eat very small amounts at each time. But why go through all the trouble?

Even a hypoglycemic who might be recommended to eat at regularly scheduled times inbetween meals so they can keep their blood glucose levels regular - that would be considered too much. Everything in moderation, even too much of good healthy things can be bad.

That's a lot of eating. Besides that I think it's fine. Healthy food helps you and eating raises your metabolism.

I believe it would depend on how much you are eating...like the nutritionist daughter said, eating raises your metabolism so you will burn calories faster, also if you exercise or lift weights you need a higher calorie intake.....just make sure you are burning more calories than you take in...pretty simple

If it is tiny portions of salad or fruit,I can't see that being bad. If it is a full meal though, that's a lot of food.
