She is a cairn terrier. She is 12 weeks old. I took her outside today and I believe she ate some grass. Now she won't stop dry heaving. Sometimes she gets up a very small amount of clowdy grey liquid, but only about 10% of the time. Is there something I can giver her for her tummy ache? Or something for her vominting?

Normally a cat or dog eats grass when they have upset stomach. Once they have vomited up the grass they feel better, but if she still getting sick(dry heaving) please seek out a vets help. I'm sure they can help tell you whats wrong and give you the right medication for a puppy her age.

I hope she feels better soon.

Check her gums when you think she's sick if they're dry and not pink she's dehydrated. She will need to see a vet definately. My dog dry heaved once all day, took him to the vet and she told me to give him zantac and feed him canned chicken because his stomache is sensitive. After a few days he was ok. Dogs don't eat grass ONLY when they don't feel well sometimes they just eat it cause they like the taste too.

Your pup is eating grass (just like we eat salad) because she is having a tummy ache.
If she keeps this up you really need to take her into the docs. Throwing up causes dehydration, dehydration causes loss of weight so on and so on.
Good luck hope she is ok....

How long has she been trying to vomit? Is there any signs of diarreah? Does she have any of her vaccinations?

Read up on parvo, when we first got my pup he got parvo and wouldn't stop puking or trying to puke, and almost died, if the vomitting doesn't stop soon, or gets worse, take him to the vet ASAP. Parvo is very deadly.
Hopefully she doesn't have it, read up on it.

Best of luck
