First you have to find a host for your site, then purchase a domain name, i.e. www.mychurch.org or whatever. You can find hosts by doing an Internet search for "Web hosting". Then, if you know how to design a Web site, get to work. If you don't, then there are many templates you can use. Or, you could hire a Web site Designer. Peace.

the e-mail account usually comes with the webspace--there are a lot of different providers for webspace out there, so unless you already have one, just go around to your favorite sites clicking on the link that says "webmasters" until you find one you like
