Hi, This is a scam, It has been all over the news and magazine TV shows that it is a scam, and if you send the money it is gone. You get nothing except an empty bank account. Report it to your ISP. They will notify authorities.

I want everyone to take note of this, This is the reason the internet has become so congested. To the point though. FRAUD. The first giveaway that this is a scan is the obvious abundance of information. They try to hard to make you believe this is a real deal. What the heck do they need a batch number and a serial number in the lottery for. Stupidity. Second if your questing the validity of this message you have seen them before. Odds are you are on a list or two. Very easy to get cought up. Third, most lotterys are amusing enough to at least say "not valid for residents outside of the country" but for some reason these guys are different. TOO EASY. Keep on trying. Your sure to win if you play in a real lottery but this is too convenient. Oh, one more thing they ask for money? If I was a lottery commission that had that much money what the heck do I need your money for. There is nothing that cant be bought including regulations with enough money

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
There are a lot of scams going around with people from foreign countries. If you won $2 Million dollars, tell them to take the processing fee out of your earnings. Heck, tell them you'll give them a 10,000 tip out of your earnings. They wont do it because you did not win the lottery.
There is also a scam where they give you a job as a mystery shopper. They give you a fake check and tell you to cash it. They then tell you to keep a few hundred as your first paycheck and send the rest of the money back to them. A few days later, you will find that the check has bounced and you are responsible for the entire amount that the check was for.
DO NOT SEND THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY.
It is very hard to get your money back once you fall for those type of scams.

It is a scam, they want $1000 of your money. That is the only cash that will get transferred. Delete this message and ignore any more that come your way. You need to be more careful of what you are willing to believe. There are many criminals out in cyberspace that have found all kinds of ways to get gullible people to part with their money.
