Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

My dermatologist told me that face cream products with a benzoil peroxide content of at least 10% can assist you with the oil problem (and remember, summer makes it so much worse) and help clear up blackheads. Apply the oil fighting cream with the peroxide in the morning and under any makeup you may apply. When you wash your face at night and in the morning (no more often, or you will irritate the skin and worsen the problem) use an apricot scrub that you can pick up at the drug store. They are FANTASTIC for blackheads. Just do not rub vigorously. It will irritate your skin if you do, but do it consistently twice a day and work it in gently with tiny circles with your fingertips. You will need to use both products (like Oxy 10, which is very good), because if you just use the cream, you won't unclog your pores. But if you just use the scrub, you won't cut down the oil, which is clogging your pores. Steam is also very, very good for blackheads. Boil water, turn off stove, remove lid and put your face near the steam (some people cover their heads and the pan with a towel, but be careful, it could be a fire hazard, and steam can burn). That works wonders. Also, wash your hands frequently, because we all touch our faces without thinking about it and oils from foods makes things worse. People think it's their diet, but it's really the muck on their fingers! Good luck! P.S. Whoever advised you to use a household cleanser on your face, is so unbelievably irresponsible, I can't even tell you. If you got it in your eye, you could go BLIND. Forever!! Also, that material is highly, highly toxic and does not belong on your skin! Please disregard that person for your own safety.

For blackheads, rub table salt gently over the blackhead area & wash off.
Another product, Glycolic Acid. I've read all your problem & Glycolic Acid will take care of it!!
Here's the link...
http://www.lookgr8.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=22&lg8id=7016c1bd9c2e91b0b73b4ef51a49ac59
The product is effective!! I suggest you use Glycolic Acid 30% first before you move on to 50%.
Here's how you use it:
You start by leaving the Glycolic Acid on for a few minutes and then building up the time every week, after 6 weeks you take a 2 week break and then begin the cycle again. The treatment is so quick and easy and takes about 10 minutes to do. Once you have achieved the desired effects you may want to reduce using the Glycolic Acid to every 2 weeks and then just once per month to keep your skin healthy and smooth. Don't worry if you don't get it, you will get a FULL instrustion when you buy it!
It will take care of...
* Acne
* Barbers rash
* Scars
* Stretch marks
* Blackheads
* Dry skin
* Sun damaged skin
* Blotchy pigmentation (Chloasma)
* Fine wrinkles
* Over production of sebum (oily skin)
* Age spots
* Open/enlarged pores
* Bumps under the skin (milia, whiteheads, trapped oil)
If you have dark skin, it will also lighten your skin. A 30ml bottle of Glycolic Acid should give you at least 24 facials! It cost around £3.99!!
NOTE: I'm NOT promoting the product! I don't even work with them! I'm just trying to help others!!

The best remedy would be to wash your face more often. Use a face wash like Clean and Clear, which is good for oily skin. Through the day, keep splashing your face with water and wiping off the oil with a tissue. Though it is recommended that even people with oily skin should apply moisturiser, I suggest you wait until your skin clears up. Drink at least ten glasses of water a day. Steam your face once in two weeks and gently squeeze out the blackheads with clean hands. Wash your face with cold water daily to close pores.

I bought a Clearasil deep pore cleansing wash it wasn't dear either, and I've been using it for about 3 weeks every morning and night and my blackheads have practically all gone I've just got a few left that aren't noticeable. I've never liked Clearasil stuff before but this stuff is fantastic, a few people have told me my skin looks great lately, and my face isn't as oily as normal its just right.

Your skin absorbs everything you put on it. It goes straight to your blood stream.
Pro Active has harsh minerals for ingredient. I found they made me tired and eventually ate away at my skin. I found that proactive bleached my towels and clothes... I was super mad!!! I didn't even bother sending it back...
I stated using Mary Kay, then I ended up selling it... Facial skin needs a balance of being clean, refreshed, refined and moisturized...
Lack of moisture in your skin creates acne... I know it sounds odd... most people think "my face is oily, I need to wash it before I breakout"
Microdermabrasion is a good way to get ride of dead skin cells (which cause breakouts also) ...
Clinique has good facial cleaning products. Lancome sells AWESOME moisturizers... MAC's cleaning products are horrible for your skin ... they are more of "get the makeup off my face" type of stuff... so...
My acne was not horrible. I only had a few blemishes, but I still wanted a pure complexion.
I use Airbon now. It is an all natural formula. I love it! I have the perfect, un blemished skin now!

Well if you buy any cleanser or makeup make sure it is OIL-FREE! You may have been cleaning your face with something containing oil which makes you break out. Wear atleast a SPF15 sunscreen everyday. If not you will break out. The suns heat will do it if you dont wear sunscreen.I love Neutrogena. Anything by Neutrogena. Try the Neutrogena Invigorating scrub and Neutroena DEEP CLEAn cleanser. The Clean&Clear SPF15 Morning glow moisterizer. If you wear makeup aI suggest Neutrogena CleanTint. Skin Clearing. It is makeup which clears your skin!

you should NOT wash your face with regular soap as it dries out your skin and causes an imbalance
i recommend you to get a gentle daily facial wash (such as Clearasil, which is what i use) and use that to wash your face instead
for black heads on nose, you should try nose strips meant to stick to the black heads and peel them off
oil blotters are fun too. you can get them a drugstore and theyre used to soak up the oil on your face
all i use is the face wash daily and the blackhead remover once a week
if you load your face up with all kinds of creams, lotions and soap then it will cause it to go crazy(bad)
im not sure if they have Clearasil in India, but good luck :]
