Men can...
Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise their bodies and faces (just like us women.)
Be well shaved
Keep a good trimmed haircut
Wear neat, tidy & clean clothing
and most of all....
Smell nice

Go to the gym, or take up some form of fitness hobby (walking, cycling, swimming). While a man sometimes needs big breasts, it's rarely on his own body.
Shower regularly, and do the laundry. While fresh body odour has been know for it's role in attraction, stale body odour is a disaster.
If you're a sour and spiteful drunk, give up drinking. Nothing is worse than a good looking guy with an ugly personality.
Stop worrying about your penis size at the expense of your personality. Noone likes a big d*** on a big d***head.
Learn a little something about skin care. Your mates won't tell you, so you're just going to have to ask a woman.
Don't get your hair cut like Brad Pitt - unless you are Brad Pitt.
Brush your teeth. NOW!

Well, if you really have a mullet, it would help a ton to get rid of it... :)
Good to hear about the mullet!
I think for guys, as long as you shower and don't wear the same outfit for weeks at a time, you should be fine. A lot of girls like cologne, and gel in your hair, clean shave, nice clothes, all that... I don't. But that's just me.
Good luck Mullet Man!

Absolutely, men are fairly ignorant on a lot of the little details. The biggest turn-offs for me as a woman are bad breath (number 1) and body odor (number 2.) Men always forget to get enough sleep, drink enough water, pluck there eyebrows, remove black heads, use carmex (lip stuff.) There is even make-up that could be used with a light hand, such as bare minerals. I make men look better for a living. CONFIDENCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! YOU should go to a drug store and buy a couple of different products. In the privacy of your own home, experiment, no one but you need's to know that your concerned about ur looks. I wish you the best of luck and I totally think it is truly unfair that there is so much available to woman and practically nothing available to men. Bye

A man really does need to be tall and good looking to get that instant attraction thing but you can still win a girl over with personality if you put the time in. Once you get near the girl though you need to follow the advise written in these answers to keep her interested. Clothes really matter and nostril hair is a real turn off.

Yes, a man can make a difference just by being sweet and romantic and dress nicely and respect the women.

To make a difference, a man have to be constantly neat, tidy, well behaved, have a good sense of humour, generous, amorous, and honest.
